Farmica

How it works?

Each week you prepare a new online order form, choose products, add stock, set routes, and publish it on WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, email, or SMS. You can also share it with a QR code at a physical market or pickup point. Customers order through one link, and you get the orders instantly.

How it works in practice.

1

Step 1 — Prepare a new order form

For the new week, you choose products, set prices, add stock, define pickup points, delivery routes, and the order deadline.

2

Step 2 — Publish the link

When the offer is ready, you publish the order form wherever customers already follow your farm: WhatsApp, Facebook page, Messenger, email, or SMS. If needed, you can also share it with a QR code at a physical market stall or pickup point.

3

Step 3 — Customers place orders

Customers open the link or scan the QR code, fill out the order form, and submit their order without phone calls, message copy-pasting, or back-and-forth coordination.

4

Step 4 — You get the orders instantly

When a new order arrives, you get notified and can handle it in the way that fits your process best:

  • view it in the app
  • export it to Excel
  • export it to Google Sheets
Weekly workflow with the online order form

What you handle each week.

  • Choose the products you want to offer that week
  • Add or adjust stock
  • Select routes and pickup points
  • Set the order deadline
  • Publish the link in your existing channels

When orders start coming in, everything stays organized.

  • Instant notification for every new order
  • All orders in one place
  • Export for further work in the tool you already use

If you want, you can manage orders inside the app. If your current process works better, export them to Excel or Google Sheets.

Have concerns? You are not the only one.

"We do not want an online store."

Farmica is not a classic online store. It is an online order form for farms. It simply gives customers a clear way to place an order and gives you structure around offers, stock, routes, and the final order list.

"We are not technical."

You do not need to be. The weekly workflow is simple: prepare the offer, publish the link, and follow incoming orders. It is much closer to posting on Facebook than managing an online store.

"Phone orders work fine for us."

You can still publish and communicate in the channels you already use. The difference is that orders do not arrive scattered across calls and messages anymore. They arrive neatly through one order form.

"We do not need growth."

Farmica is not only about growth. It is about spending less time collecting and rewriting orders and more time on farm work.

Does this make sense?
